Belle villa à grand potentiel, mais de nombreux détails dénotent d’un entretien négligé : canisses de la tonnelle à moitié détruits, télévision tnt en panne, lecteur dvd qui bug au bout d’une heure de lecture, pieds de parasol cassé, piscine agréable mais qui fuit, système de nage à contre courant en panne, bancs de salon très inconfortables, luminaire d’éclairage de l’escalier extérieur inopérant, ...Et, compte tenu du changement climatique, il est regrettable que cette maison ne soit pas climatisée : 30 degrés dans le séjour et les chambres. La proximité de la Dn8 conduisant au Castellet génère des bruits de motos très gênants surtout en fin d’après midi. Nous pensons que, en regard du prix de location, ces constats décevants justifient le classement au niveau médiocre.

Très belle maison avec beaucoup de potentiel cependant la maison est mal entretenue, et n’était pas vraiment propre à notre arrivée. La très belle terrasse à l’arrière était inutilisable en journée car la couverture en cannisses était en grande partie inexistante. Manque d’entretien général, les salles de bain devraient être améliorées, le jardin arrosé Le propriétaire nous a critiqué car: 1) nous avons oublié de reprendre notre matelas gonflable endommagé. 2) nous avons déplacé des petits meubles de jardin qui étaient dans un couloir entre la salle à manger et la cuisine pour les installer sous la terrasse couverte et de pouvoir ainsi en profiter pleinement pendant les soirées jeux et guitare le soir en famille. Nous avons oublié de les remettre en place lors de notre départ.

Super en tous points !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée, spacieuse et accueillante, une vraie maison de vie et de partage. Pierre et Elodie ont été très réactifs , bienveillants et aidants pour toutes les démarches et questions. La maison est très bien située et surtout offre un large choix d’activité !Nous sommes ravis du séjour que nous avons passé à Le Beausset !

Week-end génial dans une jolie maison, seuls points noirs la proximité de la route donc très bruyante en extérieur difficile pour ce reposer sur un transat à cause des motards montant au circuit Paul Ricard et le manque d’entretient du jardin difficile de c’y promener vu la Hauteur des herbe

un peu de déception

Nous louons depuis plus de 15 ans dans la région (2 à 3 fois par an) . Je n'aime pas du tout mettre de mauvaise critique mais je pense que le bailleur exagère . Le terrain est superbe mais non entretenu, la maison pourrait être vraiment très agréable mais; pas d'abatant de toilette, des tâches sur les mûrs, des auréoles sur tous les coussins ou oreillers .... l'eau de la piscine est très propre mais des arbres poussent dans le carrelages et le liner est décollé . Impression d'être négligés, qu'il n'y a pas de désir d'accueil du propriétaire . La propriété pourrait vraiment être super, c'est dommage

Séjour du 19 aout au 2 septembre

Villa familiale agréable à vivre (spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangements). Nous regrettons le manque d'entretien des espaces verts. L'abattant des toilettes du RDC est a changé et la vaisselle est trop disparate (principalement les verres). Nous avons bien apprécié la literie.Concernant l'entretien de la piscine, un passage par semaine n'est pas suffisant en été.

Villa à la hauteur de ses prétentions

Villa très agréable où il ne manque rien pour passer d’excellentes vacances en famille ou entre amis. Vous y trouverez 5 vraies chambres avec une literie très correcte. Dans la cuisine vous y trouverez tout ce qu’il faut pour préparer vos repas. Le jardin est un plaisir pour les amoureux des oliviers comme moi. La piscine est grande et agréable avec nage à contre courant pour les sportifs. Un seul bémol, cette location n’est absolument pas destinée aux gens sensibles aux bruits. Malgré que la villa se trouve au bout d’une impasse, malheureusement la route qui monte au circuit du Castellet longe une partie du terrain et elle est bruyante côte piscine. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances malgré nos déboires de début de séjour qui ne pouvait malheureusement pas être anticipés.

Maison familiale

Excellent séjour dans cette maison familiale où rien ne manque. Même si l'on est nombreux dans la maison, l'agencement, les différentes terrasses et le grand terrain permet à chacun d'avoir son espace. La communication avec les propriétaires est facile et la personne qui nous a remis les clefs était très aimable et disponible.

Superbe

Très belle villa, bien équipée et agencée. Spacieuse, propre, équipée pour les enfants. La piscine est top! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa n’est pas loin du centre ville et proche de Bandol. Les proprios sont sympas et disponibles en cas de questions. Super endroit!

Do NOT choose this property in September unless you are a biker

The house itself is fine enough, although the tv did not work, and the pool surround was locked, and one of the mattresses was not good for the back. The real objection lies in the day-long, unavoidable (even indoors) noise of motorbikes heading to the yearly Bol d'Or meet, which builds up to the main event itself at the end of September by holding regular races throughout the month thereby attracting motorcyclists from all over Europe who then use the only road to the Castellet circuit that passes within 60m of the property to 'let rip' on their way through. We were obliged to leave the property, and were lucky enough to find another which offered the peace and quiet we were seeking. If you are into motorcycles, then great. If you are not, then you need to avoid this property in September.

La maison et ses environs sont très agréables, maison bien équipée, jardin très grand et parfait pour les enfants et les chiens. Beaucoup des possibilités de faire des excursions interessantes. Nous avons passés des très bons vacances à le Beausset.

Lieu très agréable, idéalement situé par rapport au circuit Paul Ricard. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très réactifs et à l'écoute. Nous n'avions pas pensé qu'à cette période la piscine serait couverte et n'avons pas pu nous baigner. Descendus à 8 nous avons cependant passé, mes amis et moi, un très agréable séjour!!
