Le Alpi dei Ragazzi Museum

No fridge !!! No safe ! Not even a box of tissue and when I told this to somehow rude staff they told me this is Switzerland and you can’t expect it !!!

No prior notice our room and the hotel was going to be without water for two hours (10-12) the following morning, we only knew by a note left in the room, not informed at check in, no offer of water etc, meaning our room was useless to us for the last two hours of our stay, so we checked out early, the hotel were unwilling to do anything. Apparently it was unplanned according to reception, however the note said scheduled maintenance.
