Very disappointing stay. The hotel was just “meh” and definitely did not feel upscale. Overnight parking cost an outrageous $90, and our supposed top-floor room had torn blinds and a terrible view not at all what we expected for the price. The complimentary drink voucher was also underwhelming, with only basic beer and cheap wine available. The biggest issue was the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in having private conversations and hanging out with each other than assisting guests. Overall, this stay was not worth the money, and we definitely will not be returning.

I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The owner was always accessible and offered wonderful recommendations. We were locked out in the middle of the night and had to call the customer service line and they had us back inside within second. The coffee shop/bar downstairs is such a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again.
