The holiday flat is located in a house built in 1970, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a residential complex. The residence is also popular due to its quiet location on the edge of the forest.

Colà di Lazise, 76 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence. Access is via a side road or via a field or forest track (asphalted). Parking is available on the property. Free parking spaces outside

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to early September, 12 m x 20 m, 1.5 m deep).

Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchenette with gas stove (4 flames), oven, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine. Hallway. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.

Perfekt

Super ausgestattete, sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Wohnanlage. Für alle Aktivitäten „außerhalb“ benötigt man allerdings ein Auto.
