「It was filthy, food burnt in all burners and grease and food in oven. No TV remote. Cats in apartment when I opened door, animal hair on all furniture and bedding, bath tub dirty, rings around it and bugs in tub. I did not stay. I took several photos and video. 「Everything was great, with 1 exception: the controls for the shower were terrible. The house was nice, the bed was warm, the kitchen served us well. But it takes a safecracker's dexterity to turn the shower off. You still get 5 stars, because you responded to calls, the house was great, and it stayed warm during the freeze. 」
