Two full bathrooms with tub and shower in each . The living room comes with power lift heat and full body massage recliners. The master bathrooms come equipped with a jet whirlpool bathtub perfect for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, AC, and heating. Fall in love with tranquility and enjoy the ambience and lighting scattered throughout the home and outdoors. TVs in most rooms powered by your hotspot. All the kitchen utensils and bathroom needs are here small outdoor grill and champagne. Complementary to welcome you as our guest.

It was a really cute house. The listing states 3 bedroom 3 bath. However upon check in there were 2 bathrooms. We had 3 couples and picked the house specifically for the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. Two of the kitchen chairs were broken when we tried to eat upon arrival. Neither of the remotes worked for the bedroom lights. Luckily there were lamps. There is no towel hook outside the master shower so it is awkward to dry off. But the house is really cute. The owner responded quickly when I let them know about the issues. It is in a good neighborhood and was a great stay for our daughter’s graduation from Fort Sill.

Issues: 1. As I was finishing my reservation, and inputting my credit card info, the next screen added a large security deposit for our 2 night stay. After all the searching and completing registration, I went ahead and okayed the enormous deposit. I did not receive that money back on my credit card for a full 2 weeks. I contacted the host to inquire about the refund, and was informed that I would have to contact Verbo to get refund, as she knew nothing about the deposit. According to Verb's website, the host is the person who decides if deposit is required and what amount. So, the host lied to me about that. 2. Wall covering in one bedroom was hideous. A wall with fake roses or hibiscus flowers all over the entire headboard wall, along with heart-shaped pillows and red shag comforter. Looked like something in a Saigon brothel. 3. Advertised massage recliners, which were broken and didn't work and had cords/wires in the walkway. 4. 2 of the bedrooms had no dressers, bedside tables or any furniture. They did have large floor lamps with blue lights, further giving a ugly vibe. 5. No instructions about the television or how to get local channels on the TV. Pretty much useless, glad we were not around much. 6.Not the hosts fault; but the roads and streets throughout the neighborhood were covered with pot holes and lousy paving. 7. Host neglected to send me door code, so we had to wait outside waiting for host to call us with that info which we needed.

I hope that a family who is traveling to Lawton to see their SIT graduate bootcamp sees this post. Book this immediately. This is a rental that is snugged up in a good spot in Lawton. Some surrounding areas are pretty rough and I am so grateful that I found a home to rent surrounded by other nicely maintained homes. It is super cozy, incredibly comfortable and decorated really well. It is located near everything so we were able to bounce to every store, restaurant, etc and return back to the rental with our soldier. The time we had in the rental with our daughter was priceless. She loved the rental as well. She missed the comfortable feeling of home and this gave that experience to all of us. The owners of the rental are fantastic and respond quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this rental.
