  • Superb chalet located at -1 of the Puy du rocher residence in the rocher du cerf district at Lioran offering direct access to the rocher du cerf slope. You will be just a few minutes away by ski in winter and on foot in summer from the station centre.

    This superb fully equipped accommodation has 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 9 people.

    Accommodation of 84 m² comfortable and very bright with views of the mountain and the ski slope.

    It is composed on the first level of a large living room with TV and very welcoming dining room opening onto the fully equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, traditional filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, raclette machine....). An independent toilet is located at this level as well as a pantry/cupboard for storing your belongings.

    On the second level, you will find a first bathroom with bathtub, an independent toilet, a first bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a single bed 90x190, a second bedroom with a double bed 140x190 with interior access to a balcony walkway, a laundry room with washing machine and ski shoe dryer which offers direct access to the outside from below; and finally a third bedroom with its double bed 140x190 and private bathroom with shower and double sink.

    You will be able to enjoy a beautiful south-facing terrace with its garden furniture.

    Linens and towels are not provided. We hire them at your request directly through our agency. Possibility of bringing your own personal linens taking into account bed sizes.

    Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are accepted with a supplement of 35 euros. This accommodation does not have Internet connection.

    A private parking space is available in front of the residence.

    In snowy weather, necessary equipment is required to access Rocher du Cerf.

    Agency file fees of 45 euros are to be expected.

Logement très spacieux et agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous le recommandons. L'accès depuis le centre station est un peu compliqué pour des jeunes enfants / les grands parents car il demande de marcher avec du dénivelé. Dommage également qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi dans un logement de cette qualité.

ne cherchez plus ailleurs. c'est là qu'il faut séjourner

un très bon accueil de Pascal et très réactif très bien équipé (sauf wifi) très propre en très bon etat Le prix est trop élevé pour une semaine morte saison en juin dans une station déserte dans laquelle beaucoup de commerces sont fermés. il faudrait vraiment améliorer la connexion wifi internet qui est désastreuse.

Je réitère sans réserve mon appréciation datant de 2014. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Sa situation avec vue sur la montagne et l'accès aux pistes rapide le rendent parfait pour un séjour familial réussi. De nouveau, j'ai apprécié la disponibilité et la convivialité du propriétaire. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location. Chère mais parfaite. Idéalement située, on part de l'appartement skis aux pieds. L' appartement est spacieux, impeccable, le propriétaire extrêmement gentil, toujours disponible pour répondre à une question. La place de parking réservée est très appréciable. venu en famille (4 adultes 3 enfants ) nous avons beaucoup apprecié la location, très bien équipée, propriétaire très sympathique et très serviable .Petit bémol le talus a franchir pour remonter à la location au retour du ski qui a été l occasion de bons fous rires...Sinon station très sympa et location au top nous serions bien restés plus longtemps.

Un appartement super, un paysage de la terrasse merveilleux, tout le confort souhaité, un accès à une piste de ski juste au niveau de l'appartement... Nous étions 6 adultes avec un enfant et un bébé. Rien ne manquait, belle déco, moderne chalet... Nous reviendrons ou bien irons découvrir d'autres locations que nous ont fait part les loueurs... Des personnes très sympathique.
