The heat in my room (1210) did not work whatsoever. I tried everything. The hotel staff was responsive and kind. However, we were unable to get the temperature to raise or to turn on the lights behind the bed, either.
This was extremely frustrating because we had booked adjoining rooms (1208 + 1210) and I couldn’t leave the room because I had young children sleeping in 1208.
It was offered for late checkout (which I appreciated) as well as a discount or reimbursement on the booking. I am hoping for communication.
