ローレル リッジ ホテル

「Had a good experience」

「While the hotel was convenient right off the exit, the parking lot was a tight squeeze when full. The handicapped parking was all the way at the end and far away from the door. The coffee was terrible and the breakfast choices were limited. They had ice buckets with no lids or plastic bags on the first floor. None in the room. The floor in our room felt like it was soft and creaked when you stepped on it. We will not stay there again.」

「Nice facility. I'd recommend it.」

「This property is incredibly clean and beautiful.」

「I stayed in the Milton room and it was beautiful. The Hotel has a very warm feeling with lots of comfortable seating downstairs to socialize. The owner sent me an email with self check-in instructions making it very easy to proceed directly to my room. She even called me leaving a message making sure I was aware of the email and asked if I had any questions. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to any couple who wants a romantic getaway.」

「Perfect spot for a no frills clean stay- a trip back in time to motels where the windows open」

「Clean facility with friendly staff. Nice breakfast and easy access to Asheville city center. 」

「Great location and comfy」

「Not impressed. Stains on the sofa cushion. Unacceptable mattress on the pull-out sofa - really thin and I could feel all the springs. Very cheap materials throughout the room such as the flooring, bedding, furniture, and toiletries. The shower floor was very discolored; not entirely sure if it was clean or not. Breakfast was subpar - terrible coffee. Would not recommend.」

「Breakfast was really good and the staff were very nice especially Belinda.」

「It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Exactly what yours expect from a hotel whose doors open to the outside.」

「Beautiful setting, quiet and restorative space and coffee in the morning. It’s about a mile from town and a mile from Pisgah brewing so very convenient.」

「Overall it was fine!」
