The home offers these captivating views from the master bedroom, living & dining areas. You seriously, won't want to look away! But if you do, you're spoilt for choice with facilities that this home offers. The full size kitchen has everything you could possibly want to whip up a gourmet feast of local produce. Then there's the outdoor bbq, which again, takes in those stunning views.

The three bedrooms have ample storage space to unpack & unwind. Plus two bathrooms.

Just a short drive to the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, Boags Brewery, parks and shopping precincts. Want to see an AFL game? Then you're only a stones throwto Utas stadium. Stroll to the regular Saturday morning Harvest Market, where you can enjoy all the finest produce Tasmania has to offer. Walk or drive to the Cataract Gorge or take the car to the famous Tamar Valley wine region or the Northern Midland Villages.

Stayed here with family- such a comfortable home- gorgeous views. Easy access to Launceston’s hub with lots of wonderful dining options. Lock box was easy to access-cost and warm stunning views.

This was our Launceston base for a family holiday and was perfect. Beautifully presented and appointed, we could easily walk to the city and loved our morning coffee taking in the views. We can’t wait to return and enjoy Sunhill again! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked Sunhill for 4 nights as part of a full week getaway with the family (myself, wifey and three daughters). We absolutely loved this house, the location and the views. It offers quick and easy access to the Launceston CBD, is well equipped and easy to find. The information book provided by the hosts included plenty of suggestions and easy to follow instructions for the coffee/washing machine etc. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms well-sized. We didn't want to leave for the second leg of our getaway and would happily stay at Sunhill again (in fact we would only stay somewhere else if it were unavailable).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really happy with Sunhill and Donna at TAG. The house was fabulous. Really easy place to stay. Plenty of different spaces to use so people can be together or find their own chill zone. Description could be updated to remove the 'off street parking' tag - it's quiet but still on street. Also, be aware that the price you pay for the views is a hilly location with quite a few stairs. Could be awkward if you have mobility challenges.Would definitely stay here again.Donna at TAG was great. Helped with some booking issues and super responsive to our queries.

Great sense of space both inside and out. Comfortable couches and beds and spotlessly clean. Some traffic noise for those not used to being close to the road, but the views make up for it! Would highly recommend.
