Located in the heart of prestigious East Launceston, Hollybrooke Cottage offers the perfect blend of charm and modern convenience for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.

A short stroll down Abbott St leads you to a variety of cafes and the renowned Alps and Amici gourmet grocer, making it easy to enjoy the local culinary delights.

This cottage serves as an ideal base for exploring Northern Tasmania, providing a cosy and memorable retreat.

Upon entering via the front veranda, you’ll pass by three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed adorned with crisp white linens and soft, tasteful furnishings.

Beyond the bedrooms, the updated main bathroom offers a relaxing bath—ideal for unwinding after a day of travel or sightseeing.

At the rear of the home, large glass doors open onto a beautiful cottage garden, filling the living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. The original stained glass windows add a touch of color and character to the space.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with ample space for meal preparation, and the dining area features a six-person table—perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals together.

One of the home’s standout features is the wood heater, creating a cosy atmosphere for relaxing in the evenings, whether you’re watching TV or curling up with a book.

The sunroom at the front of the house offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee, and it includes a workspace, making it an ideal setup for those on a working holiday.

For added convenience, a separate laundry room at the back of the house comes with both a washing machine and dryer. Off-street parking and air conditioning/heating in the living and dining areas enhance your stay.

Please note: there are steps leading up to the front door, so consider this if mobility is a concern. Additionally, the cottage is located across from a local primary school, so expect some noise during school hours.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourself. Please make yourselves at home!
