「When three businessmen travel hours to come into town, they expect to be able to check in at the appropriate time. When they arrived, they were informed that the house was not cleaned and will not be able to get in until 4:30. They were also informed to take their shoes upon entering the house when they did check in. Once they walked on the sticky floors, they immediately put their shoes back on. Really property manager or owner???? Will never book this again.」

「Very misleading listing and unfortunately a very uncomfortable stay. We booked what was advertised as a “2-bedroom single-floor home” and had no idea we were actually renting the downstairs portion of a much larger house with an occupied apartment directly above us. Had that been clearly disclosed, we absolutely would not have booked it. We could hear people upstairs talking, walking and pounding overhead, including around 2 a.m., which kept us awake.The house also had a strong musty/stale...
