"The hotel itself was very good, but the night staff was very non responsive in resolving an issue with the guests in the adjacent room who were very, very loud until after 2:00AM in the morning. Called desk twice and went down in person once. Staff finally went up to room, but noise contained after the staff left. Young teenagers in room for basketball tourney and staff should of have contacted the coach and had him address the issue."

"Check in staff tried charging me again for the room, and argued about it. Mold in the heat/AC unit vents. Excrement stains in the toilet and pills on the floor between the wall and bed. Oh, there were several clogged toilets on our floor."

"This an excellent economically priced hotel. Clean room, but needs a good dusting, staff are friendly and helpful. Heat and AC are more than adequate. Good TV and WiFi. Comfy clean bed. ,"
