「Overall a great place. This is an older building that has been well maintained. But as a 1970s building it is showing its age and era of architecture. On the flip side, it was much less expensive than most hotels we have stayed at on this trip and as a result there seem to be more locals, which was refreshing. 「Wouldn't give this place 4 stars. I have been to 3 stars rated hotels with much higher quality. I wasn't planning to stay in the hotel but rather travel around the island all day long and then just come back for overnight. This is why I booked the cheapest option which is Classic Double Room. 「What we really enjoyed about this hotel is the fabulous location and view across the marina to the beautiful old town of Korcula otherwise the hotel struck me as a little tired and looks like it needs a refurb. 「Hotel Lombarda is located in a quiet village just a short bus or uber ride from the port in Korcula. The hotel is pretty “tired”, and could use some updating of rooms, baths and common areas above the lobby. The pool area was great and we enjoyed talking with the bartender. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our friends did have an obnoxious sewer odor in their room that was never really resolved.
