Flawless communications
I was very happy with this studio apartment. It was very conveniently located for me, close to our daughter. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The real difference though was the ease it was to communicate with owner. Response to time was less than 30 minutes every time. I will definitely stay here when I come back

Comfortable and Cozy
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was easy to find, the owner was easy to communicate with, and the room was just how it was described. The bed was comfortable and the room felt private. It was just enough space for two people and the AC kept it nice and cool. The location was also wonderful since we were attending an event in North Las Vegas and didn't want to have to deal with driving downtown every night. We would definitely stay here again, nothing negative to say at all!

This is an amazing incredible property and for the price we just could not beat it. it saved us over $400 for the weekend. We were just about 20 minutes from downtown the Fremont experience It was perfect for what we needed very spacious with kitchenette in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this spot anyone. Can’t beat the price and can’t beat the BEAUTIFUL location.

Nice cozy casita!!
We came to the Summerlin area for a wedding and were fortunate enough to stay at this adorable casita. Very safe, quiet, and secure within a gated residential community. Ample parking space provided. The casita is well appointed, with many nice amenities. We had all that we needed for our weekend stay. Everything was well maintained and in good order. Our host made a point of being available to us and was very responsive to our messages. It’s an easy 20-25 min drive to/from the LV airport. An easy trip to the strip as well. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Very pleased with our stay, we hope to stay again someday.

My stay was very pleasant. The location was perfect, in a quiet gated community, easily accessible to highways. The room contained all the usual amenities plus additional appliances for easy meal preparation. There was sufficient drawer space and even a rack for hanging clothes. I lacked for nothing. The host was easy to contact.

This property fit my needs perfectly. As an older woman, traveling by myself, I always search for accommodations where I feel safe. I not only felt safe at this property, it was clean, and quiet. Being in a gated community added to my comfort level. The owners were close, but rarely saw anyone. I needed some help with the TV and got that help immediately. Advertised as non smoking, yet smelled strongly of smoke.
The property appeared lovely, however upon entering, it smells strongly of smoke. It seemed to have been the curtains which must have been in a smoking home at one time. I was unable to stay, as I have asthma and cannot tolerate smoke.

As far as we can smell and tell, there was no smell of smoke. However, this was not a problem for our other guests who didn’t have very sensitive needs regarding this matter. But everything was sorted out when she decided not to complete her stay. Guest was only there to sniff and check out the smell inside the property and if it can pass through her standards. She was fully refunded.

Everything we needed was there. Liked being in a gated community. Only one problem. The smoke alarm went off at 6:30am for about a minute and a half on the day we were leaving. We were unable to get back to sleep. Other then that it was a pleasant stay.
