Great place
Perfect place to relax at night and spend the day out sightseeing. We absolutely loved the fact that the house was located in a great neighborhood and easy to get to and from. Thanks for the great memories and would definitely stay there again 😎

An Amazing Gateway
Mr.Shelby was a great host, was always very responsive when questions were asked , really great communication. The neighborhood was wonderful quiet and great nearby stores and very close to the strip. The house was clean and very well kept. The only thing that could use an upgrade is the pool and hot tub both need new flooring but everything else about this house was amazing. We will be back.

Spacious Sanctuary
Very spacious and quiet accommodations. Corey and Shelby were very responsive to all/any of our needs. A little TLC and deep cleaning would make this a first-class property. Would recommend 👌 it. OVER

Great set up for a guys giolf trip.
Clean home. Good neighborhood. Close to everything you need. Lots of towels. Good kitchen set up for cooking. Close to golf courses. Great outdoor area with pool, hot tub and space.

A Fun Place
We really enjoyed our stay. There were lots of fun activities for the family, games, pool table, pool, and hot tub. Good location.

Needs work
The house and neighborhood it’s nice but needs lots of improvements! 1.- clean the house 2.- get rid of the locks for the thermostat. (It feels like am staying for free at the house and it’s take it or leave and the bedrooms get real hot) 3.- get rid of the two cameras by the pool. (It feels weird not knowing who’s looking at the cameras and if am paying rent it’s my house) 5.- don’t listed with garage if no one can use it because it’s full of stuff! I won’t stay at this place!

We had issues with Lupe, she had more people there than she was supposed to and her noise level was beyond acceptable, I had to contact her a few times, so naturally, she got upset by not following the house rules in the first place, and is redirecting her anger, in the dead of summer. Yes, we put boxes on the air conditioning controls because people think it is acceptable to put it at 59° when it’s 115 outside, we set them at a very reasonable 72, I also have control of it by my phone and if you would like it a little cooler, I have no problem adjusting it just shoot me a text , the cameras by the pool are mandatory by the state of Henderson in order to obtain a short term vacation rental license, we are inspected regularly and must comply, I do not monitor them whatsoever, unless I get a complaint, lastly, we have a three car garage one side is a single bay. The other side is a double, the double is open to use. The single side is not, we have some storage items there covered neatly with a green tarp, it’s just that simple., but Lupe made it a point to snap back at us because she broke the rules

Was a great please to stay
The house is big and well maintained. We have a problem with the hot water, but the owner was very responsive. He accommodate our request and let us enjoy the house. Thank you so much, I will definitely rent the place again.

Beautiful and Roomy
The house was lovely, super clean with a ton of space. Checkout process was the easiest we’ve ever had. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay despite the VRBO app not working. We will definitely stay here again.

Sooo much room!
This rental has it all! Very spacious , comfortable beds, large kitchen and living room. Shelby , the owner, was very easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in Las Vegas. Very clean, safe and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again !

Family vacation in Las Vegas
Everything was great the house was great the owner was awesome my family had a good time the pool was clean we had a pool table also a football table which wasn't in the picture but that's a plus I would recommend this place to anybody!

Great property
The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family. Location of property was excellent. The house could have been a little cleaner being there is a cost for cleaning. Would definitely stay again.
