グランドサークルから戻り、サンフランシスコへの移動の為の拠点としたので、１泊しかしていないが、チェックインはスムーズで設備等に問題無いと思った。また、安価なイートモールや、周辺には多くのショップが有り、便利だった。ただ、隣室の声や音が大きく聞こえたのが気に入なった。

This has to be the worst hotel and casino ever. This place should be and needs to be closed down immediately. I was in the Army and I felt better sleeping in the field turning training. I will never forget this place and will never mention it to anyone else ever!

I did not like: - the fact that we picked a holiday weekend for a stay - it took 2 elevators and a long walk in between to reach our floor - during busy times of day it took 60 minutes to catch an elevator down to the bottom level to get our car - no room cleaning or service for clean towels, no extra pillows - no exhaust fan in bathroom I liked: - staff were all very pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional - price was good for a holiday weekend - it was relatively clean for the hordes of people at the hotel - choice of activities was good and lots of fun - electronic keys always worked (big plus for that) Would have been more helpful if: - there were a big directional map on the walls to help us navigate the confusing configuration of the property that included how to find hotel parking.

When we first arrived we got placed in the manor with a door to a shared room, room was VERY VERY outdated, dingy, dirty, very old smelling, with noisy loud neighbors! The bathroom had a lot of pubic hairs from the previous people who stayed there, hair in the tub, our beds had what looked like boogers or???, we found ramen noodle lid, straws, the plug-in outlets where very wobbly so wobbly you couldn’t even plug anything in. When we approached the manager all she said was she could move us to another room then when we came back she did not want to help us as she was “off the clock “ but then started assisting someone else. We ended up paying for an upgrade.

First thing I see a warning. I was dropped by taxi in the Main Street but the lobby is across all the casino. Then I had to upgrade to get better room location. Then the shower tab was not draining we ask for towels and ware denied the first time. Service was done in one bed only while towels ware dropped the second time ware requested.

Only half of the elevators were working so if you are on a lower floor you had to wait a very long time to be able to fit in the elevator. Daily maid service needed to be scheduled every morning. Even when scheduled they failed to show up.

I was not impressed to have to pay $137 in hidden resort fees at checkout. I feel that should have been explained prior to booking. Also it was annoying to be aggressively offered vouchers in exchange for sitting through timeshare scam every time I walked in or out. Other than that the staff was nice.

The staff at Circus Circus is bascially non existant and the kne that is there is extremely rude. The air conditioner is not great and it is way too full and too noisy. Its confusing tyring to navigate the hotel elevators and are often full. The bar is actually decent but other then that I would spend the extra cash at a nicer hotel.

Obviously, this hotel is not as fancy as the other one, but it’s really cheap. Besides, I really like the water besides I really like the pool. It’s at the north end of the strip. If you are looking for some great deal and don’t care about the fancy casino, this is a good one

Von 10 Fahrstühlen des Skyrise Towers haben nur 4 funktioniert wie mussten immer um die 30 Minuten anstehen um zum Zimmer zu kommen. Außerdem muss das ganze Hotel dringend renoviert werden und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber tolle Freizeitangebote: Zwei Etagen Shops, Restaurants und Casino und ein Wasserpark und Freizeitpark mit Achterbahnen. Insgesamt zu teuer für zu wenig Service.

Property is very big and difficult to navigate. There is not very clear signage. Staff was kind and helpful, but it was still confusing to find our way around. Room was spacious but decor needs an upgrade. There is not a coffee maker in the room. Mattress was old and sunken. My flight was delayed and I ended up arriving at 3:00 AM, which was not their fault but I had to pay an extra $50 plus taxes for a late checkout.
