We decided to stay here rather than get two rooms at the westgate for an acro comp. It was such a smooth experience and we got plenty of rest. I’m glad we chose this option and we had a great stay

Eclectic house
The house met our needs. The beds were comfortable, but there were not extra blankets for couple of who are cold sleepers. There were 5 bath towels which was not enough to meet our needs. The bathroom is tiny. The kitchen would not have enough dishware if more than 4 people are staying. The check in process was the most unusual that we have ever experienced. We were not given the access information until we arrived and emailed through VRBO. The owner was very responsive any time she was contacted this way.

Review
The stay was great except there was only one thin blanket on bed, no sharp knives to cut anything up,bathtub was a dangerous place as it had no mat and i slipped ,did not fall but was very scary due to my age i could of gotten hurt, not propane to barbecue with. And did not tell truth how far the strip was from the house. It says 5 minutes took us alot longer than that.

Front of property is really nice compared to other parts of Vegas. Everything needed, including the strip, is only a few minutes away and the nightly rate was incredible.

Complaints. You say I didn’t stay at this location but I stayed there from April 21 to April 29th. Y
I’ve used VRBO a number of times but I will never use them again. You advertised this rental for a certain price but when I ran my credit card there were a number of extra charges that weren’t disclosed. Additional guest fees. I had 5 people stay there with no additional guest that stayed. Owners fee which was not disclosed in the advertisement. Service fee which was also not disclosed. I will be referring this to the Better Business Bureau and will never use this service again

Six of my family members for a three night stay April 2019. Overpriced, unfinished remodel. Ceiling damage from roof leaks. House smelled moldy. Front door hard to open from inside without knuckle damage! Pair of underwear at base of bed on floor. Not even a minimal amount of towels. Only one trash liner. Moldy coffee filter. Serious mold inside washer! And regardless, owner insisted I pay an additional $100 for small caged dog. We bought additional towels after notifying owner of our situation. Only got texts from owner re: AFTER we left. I thought VRBO had stricter requirements for owners! Very disappointed. Lost my confidence in Home Away/VRBO.

Nice place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Location was AWESOME! Very close to the main strip and Fremont. The neighborhood was nice. All rooms were clean and the back yard was nice to relax. There’s is only one TV in the living room and it doesn’t have a good selection of channels which was not good but we didn’t watch much TV anyway. If you have kids or plan to stay much in the house that’s definitely something that is needed. The master had a TV but not the other rooms. Overall the house is great!!!

This was our second stay at this house and it meets our needs. Nothing fancy, but minutes to the strip or Fremont. Place could use some TLC and there is NO DISHWASHER...which gets old fast. Upgraded TV in master this year was nice, WIFI was fast and easy to connect, and everything functioned well.

Lots of space for families
Spent most of the week of Thanksgiving at this property. Easily accommodated our family and our Thanksgiving dinner, which was the key reason for booking this place. Owner was very nice and allowed us to add our two dogs to our reservation last-minute, when our pet sitter fell through. Home was close enough to the Strip to make it an inexpensive Uber ride. Neighborhood was quiet during our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. We did have to purchase a lot of basic supplies for our stay - salt/pepper/etc., cookie sheets, measuring cups/spoons, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, etc. There weren't many towels in the home, so it would be good if the owner would provide extras. TV and internet worked great. Yard was nice for the weather we had, but the property needs to be picked up to make it safe for young kids and animals. Overall a good experience for our family, and we really appreciated the owner accommodating our dogs.

Nice quite place. The only reson I did not give it a 5 star is it did not have a good selection of stations on the TV. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. Another plus is it is close to pretty much everything. Not far from Las Vegas Blvd and not far from Freemont.

Large, clean affordable house close to convention center!
House was clean and spacious. For us visiting for a trade show, it was only 2 miles from LVCC. rooms were big; each person had their own space to retreat to :-). House was not in the greatest neighborhood, so that might be an issue for some.

Good house with some modern updates and plenty of space. 4 very good size bedrooms and an extra room with 2 twin beds makes for a lot of beds, but with only 2 baths (one in the Master) be prepared to have lines for the shower. Neighborhood is very residential and quiet, close to everything. Be aware there is NO dishwasher, but all other appliances are clean and in good working order. Washer and dryer were handy for our long stay. Charcoal BBQ and nice backyard layout makes grilling and hanging out easy. Big screen TV and surround sound made nightly movies fun. 4 off-street parking spaces come in handy since the streets are narrow. Good contact from the owner, no issues needed resolved as everything was good to go.

Had a relaxing time, way better than staying in the smokey casinos!
My little sister got married at the casino, My son and I and a couple of my other sisters/husbands did not want to stay in casino because of the smoke and loud noises - Plus one of my sisters had their 2 tiny dogs with her and the house had a fenced back yard. We were able to come to the house with plenty of parking and enjoy late night snacks, dinners and breakfast without bothering with the crowds and high prices. The owner and his son Chris were very helpful and very fast to returned my call to answer my questions. Without a doubt I will rent this house again in the future. Thank you for the opportunity. The house was big, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath, very large dining room table and sitting area. It was a great solutions for those of us who like Vegas but not the casinos. Very nice and roomy
The house was clean and roomy. We had 7 people stay here and there was plenty room for everyone. The back patio worked well for us. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Easy to get to Vegas strip. Could have used a baking sheet and more towels, dish rags but overall we were happy with the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot off the strip!
We were very happy with our stay here! The owners were wonderful to work with and met us at the house to get us the keys and settled in even though our flight arrived late. The house is in an older neighborhood and it was very quiet, which was a perfect off-the-strip place to relax in the evenings. We were a short drive away from the convention center, which was great for the trade show we attended that week. The house had everything we needed and the beds were quite comfortable. My only suggestion is to bring a sleep mask if you are like me and can't sleep well with outside lights coming in through the window. The security lights are quite bright and the window shades do not block it. We will definitely be back to stay next year!

Nice Vegas property
A big home with 5 bedrooms, and a nice big porch to sit outside any time of the day. The pictures were accurate and it was as described. Kitchen is big enough for a couple to cook in. Dining room table is big and beautiful, maybe a bit too big, but handy. Place was maintained, not spotless, but acceptable. Close to the strip (driving distance). Fairly quiet neighborhood. Owner is nice and was able to come over in the middle of the night to fix the smoke alarms. Overall, I'd recommend it.

The house was very nice and clean.
We had four adult women stay in the house so we had a room apiece. We were within walking distance of the Stratosphere and quite close to food and stores not on the strip. My only complaint would be that when we got there at about 4:00 in the afternoon we had to turn the air conditioning on and it wasn't until the next day that the house cooled off enough to be comfortable.

Pet Friendly, Convenient and Spacious
I travel to Las Vegas several times per year. I like this rental because it is pet friendly, convenient to everything and has plenty of room. Even though I have traveled to Vegas for many years I had never stayed in this part of town. I feel that I had the best experience in this location because it made it easier for me to explore downtown and find all the unique restaurants, local night life and even attended First Friday (local arts gathering). I highly recommend giving this rental a try if you want more of a local feel while visiting town.

This house was absolutely amazing and it was at such an affordable price as well. The owner was very prompt at catering to anything we needed. The interior was furnished nicely and very clean with everything we needed such as towels, a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, and even a sweet surround sound system. I highly recommend this house.

Really nice home and great owner, he was understanding and willing to work things out for our scheduled when check in just because we were stuck in traffic (4th of July weekend). Love it! Quiet neighborhood, away from traffic
Our family of five stayed in this vacation home for 5 days recently. We love the location of this home. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to everything, but also away from the traffic. There is a small home office. The master bedroom is very spacious with walk-in closet. Laundry and kitchen are fully equipped and convenient. The only minor disappointment that my kids had was that there was no DVD although there are three different TVs in the house. But it is such a great bargain that we'd love to come back again next year.

House is convenient, clean and well provisioned
The house was very comfortable for the three of us old geezers- in Vegas to live it up!! The beds were comfortable, each bedroom has a TV, and a big screen in the living/dining room. It was very clean upon arrival and many necessary items were unexpectedly provided by the manager. The neighborhood is residential and was quiet. Has a large backyard with BBQ and two tables with chairs, and a nice view of the Stratosphere tower. The two bathrooms were able to easily accommodate our party of three. The kitchen has a full size fridge, fully operable stove/oven and microwave. The tap water was refreshing and tasty. The WiFi was operable and never let us down. The manager was very cooperative with requests, and timely reimbursed our security deposit. I recommend this property, and would stay there again, if its available, next time I'm planning to visit Vegas.

GREAT CHOICE!!!
This 4 bedroom, 2 bath room was a great choice for us 4 to stay in. It is just 6 min to the Stratosphere and 16 minutes to Caesars Palace. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that is wanting a clean house with a friendly owner and that is wanting a great price to be close to the strip.
