We totally enjoyed our stay in our penthouse suite with fabulous views our host couldn’t have been more attentive and friendly to all of our requests the condo was immaculate clean comfortable The location is quite central to a lot of the entertainment and dining as well as the MGM back lot swimming pools and lazy river. very close to the monorail. we certainly look forward to our next day with our host Kimia thank you again.

It was very clean, very accessible, and very large! We were not expecting this suite/condo to be so large, there was a lot of room, the master bathroom is enormous!

My wife and I spent a few days in Las Vegas on our way to Arizona for the winter. We booked our stay at The MGM Signature, and are very pleased we did. The Condo we stayed in is very nice, the plush carpeting, and furnishings are top of the line. Our host Kimia was very accommodating, and gave us everything we requested. We liked so much that we are staying in the same condo on our way back to Canada in the spring.

Amazing Condo
Beautiful Condo and Ideal Location as is a short distance to the MGM Grand. Lovely views from the penthouse floors. Very clean and tidy condo. Fitness center on the lobby level was a definite plus. The owner Kimia is very receptive and helpful. We plan to stay here again upon our return to Las Vegas.

Lovely decor, very clean, and all items you would need for your stay. Close to monorail (can access via indoor walkways to MGM). Very quiet-didn’t hear any other units. Valet parking is efficient but you really don’t need a car. Just budget for Uber or cab. Great value for Vegas!
