「Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me.
I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK.
Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town.

「The hotel looked amazing and the pool and casino! The staff was not very friendly even when speaking in Spanish . The room was nice but I had to speak to management several times about the soap , conditioner , and shampoo dispensers missing upon my arrival. I was Told bar soap was only an option at first which is ridiculous as the dispensers just needed to be replaced or filled up for the one I have . Management was ok but the actual workers from the casino restaraunt were not very pleasing to...

「I had a wonderful experience!
I met Oscar and Marian,wonderful professional staff.
Marian
She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too.
also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too.
