Family run … Young people, (Perhaps the children, although not children) that were very polite and helpful. The pool looks beautiful, even though it is small, very well maintained.

This property sits by the interstate and rail tracks, i heard the train and semi’s during the night. Free breakfast was ok. It was light, but area was clean

The pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast was minimal. Needs a deep clean and updating. A lot of stained towels and bedding had cigarette burns.

Bedbug city tried to cancel but expedia lied about deadline to cancel. It was cancilable till 2pm I called at 8 am. Not possible. Dont stay here and dont use expedia. I never will again

When we went to our assigned room after checkin, we found it had not been cleaned since the last guests-bed unmade, etc. Staff was helpful in moving us to another room. Pool was empty, and train noise was noticeable at night. Breakfast was minimal.

The carpet was sticky. The shower head leaked. The bed was lumpy. The pillows were lumpy. The muffins at the continental breakfast were stale and old. There were men loitering outside their doors screaming at one another from room to room.

When we arrived, the room had a strong stench of dust and foot sweat. This made it a little harder for us to fall asleep. As we proceeded to make our way to the restroom, we noticed cockroaches vacating the room.

Very friendly people. Nice room but cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. The breakfast bar needed to be supplied, we had to ask for more of everything.

Could use some upgrades.
Our room was very good size, king bed with a small table and two chairs, the room had a small fridge, microwave and safe which I think was optional, we did not use it. Our complaints are that the bathroom door did not shut all the way, the towels were a dingy color, did not at all smell like bleach, had to ask for more towels because they looked like they hadn't been washed properly, same goes for the pillows, they smelled old and did not look sanitized, the sheets were practically see-through, so maybe some upgrades would be good. New towels, pillows and sheets. The price was good but could use better linen and towels.

First red flag was you have to be buzzed in and talk through a ring camera. Second red flag was my first room I got was dirty and not even clean. Beds messed up towels and cups everywhere. 3rd and final red flag, I was given a 2nd room and the lights, TV and shower weren't working. When I layed on the bed it was so uncomfortable and I was wondering why it was so hard and plastic. When I look at the mattress it had a bed bug cover on it and upon looking closer the bed bug case was ripped and I saw bed bug feces all over the sheets. I ended up leaving withing an hour of getting my room. Left the key in the room since the lady in front was ignoring me when I said I need a refund through the ring camera. As i was leaving i heard gunshots and a guy running for help. I'll be calling my bank to cancel their deposit and pet fee. Expedia refunded me that night. Place need to be shut down and updated severely. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 30 bucks and get a clean reliable room somewhere else.

With do respect, simply not true. This gentleman didn’t even end up staying in the room, he took off due to personal reasons, and didn’t even talked to us. This same gentleman is trying to get some attention.

Aged but comfortable
Pleasant enough for simply 2 nights of sleeping and showering as we were out all day. The hotel is bit tired and could be cleaner: there was obvious dirt accumulation in corners of bathroom and one bed comforter was dirty on the edges. Bath towels had seen their better days. Shower head had good pressure and water was hot.

When I first went to use the toilet, it had gray water in there which I wasn’t pleased by. Also, the HVAC unit was really dusty and made the room smell like weed at times. Service was ok, and everything else was fine, but I can’t get over how dirty and somewhat dated the place is. Also, there were several chip in bed frames and walls that weren’t appealing to look at.

Overall, it met a need. And they are working on it. The linens for bed were newer. Carpet appeared new. But the towels were ancient. No batteries for the remote. Turned it on manually but could only get one channel. The sink was very slow to drain and the toilet was temperamental. Staff was great. Very nice. Property is well lit

The room was ok for the money. What wasn’t ok was absolutely no grass for dog to go. All that was for dogs was rocky area and my little guy had a hard time walking on the rocks. If you don’t have a grassy area for dogs, don’t advertise that you are pet friendly.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and courteous and helpful. Coffee machines in the room had never been cleaned because I ran water through it 5 different times and the water still tasted like coffee when I was making tea. Not enough towels in the room. Had to ask for more.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Where do we start- Dirty stained towels Blood on sheets yes actual blood Dirty floors. Bathroom and whole room disgusting Microwave full of rust When we showed the hotel manager he dismissed it all and started to try and blame us for using the towels. He even said that having rust in a microwave isn't bad for you omg...and dismissed the blood on sheets. Wow he was super impolite and not educated to health matters in his hotel. Will be reporting this to health and safety.
