Before the fire a few years ago, and I am assuming new ownership, this hotel used to be a really nice place to stay! Now it's half the original price more, no more coffee pots in room and no more breakfasts. After checking in, I was informed that they do not supply drain stoppers (for bathtub), as too many people have overflowed the tubs. Upon prodding, the front desk person finally brought me a drain stopper, but it didn't work in this particular tub. The refrigerator had seen better days and its' freezer was frozen over. I will definitely drive the 20 extra miles to Great Bend in the future!!

There were only 9 rooms being used and they put us in a room with a broken toilet paper holder when they said they knew it was broken and awaiting a part. The towels were dingy-need to use bleach. Beds were old. The staff were nice, but not available at the desk if you need something. No breakfast but they are trying to get licensed for breakfast. Will probably only stay if in a pinch in the future.

Very overpriced for what it is. Extremely basic room, rock hard bed, old dollar store flat pillows, heat absolutely blasts & overheats the room. Ac will only run for 5 seconds every 30 min or so to cool it down if its chilly outside. The door was left open for 30 min with ac on in 40 degree weather & the room was still over 70 degrees. I was forced to sleep without sheets or blankets because it was so warm. Next time i will sleep in my car or drive the 25miles to the next hotel.. not worth it at all

No one there. Door locked to hotel lobby. Had to call a number on the door. A guy took about 10 minutes to show up in a car from another direction.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Decent but expensive for what it is. Not the cleanest but not terrible. No breakfast, just a coffee machine. Lobby bathroom out of order and laundry machines out of order. Bathroom wasn't super clean (there was hair in the tub.) AC works good but very loud. All in all, it is the best hotel in Larned but I would consider traveling a bit further and staying in Big Bend where there are some better options.
