Gorgeous View

Has to have five stars for the view . We saw dolphins on the first night out in the bay so take binoculars. Nice apartment, perfect for a couple . Ideal if your attending a wedding at BallyGalleyCastle Hotel , gives you more space than just a hotel room . Must admit we ate out all the time but think it had everything you could need . Well stocked spa shop in easy walking distance . Hotel with restaurant open to visitors in walking distance but we preferred the golf club ( not open everyday ) which is a few minutes drive away . Maybe not ideal if unsteady on feet as there’s about eight steep steps down to the apartment, and don’t go if you’re planning on working via WiFi ….. it’s so slow . If back in the area again would definitely rebook.

There were good and not so good issues here. Negotiating our arrival was a challenge with a very stiff (& not obvious) gate catch then steep narrow concrete steps.Hot water had issues! And there was not much of a seaview from this so called Seaview Apartment! No instructions on how to work the oven/hob, the microwave or washing machine. The bathroom was damp & showing mould on the walls & with a window that wouldn't close! The bed was comfortable. The only way to get hot water to the sinks was by having the full heating turned on. We are glad we stayed for two nights only .

Definitivamente NO es para cinco personas, yo diría que tampoco es para más de dos. La casa tiene muchas posibilidades, tiene unas vistas increíbles, un jardín muy agradable, una distribución sencilla y muy agradable, pero el sofá-cama es mortalmente incómodo, con un colchón que es papel de fumar, y una cama supletoria, que es tortura de las que persigue Naciones Unidas. Para una pareja, es perfecto, no más allá de una pareja
