We had a perfect vacation at the hotel. It has everything, a water park and a huge pool. The hotel staff was lovely and very helpful with every request. The food was simply excellent. Fantastic hotel for families. Food wise, they had different themes each night. Having a dietry requirement they couldnt be any more accommodating, the chefs were so helpful one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff were also really helpful helping us with stereilising the baby bottels - nothing was too much trouble. Kids absolutely loved the water park, great stay by everyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room had a very strange smell, a mix of smell old/cologne. The room was quite old and didn’t feel fresh. the food at the buffet was good, everyone in the family like it. Bath towels not included, we had to pay 4 euro for each towel plus 10 euro deposit.

Another fabulous stay at Tofinis, Returning customer, hotel spotless, great food. Waterpark is brilliant & Animation team are are credit to the hotel, as the staff are! If you have kids under 10, entertainment is aimed at families. excellent entertainment for kids. Would be nice if they had a bit more entertainment aimed at adults too, maybe a few singing acts! Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

Let's make one thing very clear - this is NOT a four star hotel! Don't get me wrong, there are some good aspects of this hotel; the food was mostly fine, the room clean, the water park (other than closing earlier than advertised and regularly closing slides) was fun for kids. However... We paid £880 for three nights all-inclusive, and upon arriving, we were very underwhelmed by the dated and uninspiring decor. Whilst small, the room was clean and had a partial sea view. But the restaurant and bar were so tired and depressing. 1 restaurant and 1 bar to cater for hundreds of guests with many families spilling over into the lobby. No entertainment at all that night (leading to bored kids kicking around pool inflatables at 10pm!), none for adults throughout our stay. Lights on the stairwell didn't work after a certain point at night, which resulted in my children both tripping up on their way to our room. No bottles of water on an all-inclusive package! Also, yes it's just half an hour, but between 6 and 6:30pm, ideal time for pre-dinner drinks in the sun, there was nowhere open! Visited reception next morning to raise these issues with the manager. Told he wasn't available but to leave details. No effort made to contact me - went back following lunchtime to see manager on the desk. No apology for not contacting me, no attempt to apologise for anything that had happened. Just told 'maybe this hotel is not for you'. I think that was the only bit he got right. AVOID.

Nice hotel with some great facilities such as the in-house water park and a great swimming pool. Some slides weren’t available during the stay, and opened alternately. An all inclusive plan is very comfort when traveling with kids, but seems like the quality and diversity of food isn’t as high as expected. Yet, it is a must to mention we were able to find what to eat in every meal. Very helpful stuff and quick checking in and out are truly a benefit.

Great location, walking distance to a wonderful beach & easily walk into Ayia Napa via the beach or streets off the shops ‘ restaurants. Fantastic sea views from our massive balcony; plus overlooking the swimming pool. Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Room has a kettle but you have to buy your own coffee & water etc. or fill up in the hotel restaurant. I would say the waterpark here at the hotel is ideally suited for ages up to 11-12years. Mine are 13-14years and we ended up going to Waterworld anyway. Staff here are very friendly and attentive & cannot do enough for you. Overall fantastic holiday & hotel.

Most facilitys we’re closed though we paid full price. Breakfast ok, lunch and dinner nothing special. Drinks at the bar and poolbar discusting and all we’re the same. No beachtowels included. Not good value for the money.

Ok Hotell.

Vi hade en fantastisk resa. Var inte så mkt på hotellet. Tyvärr va poolerna för kalla att bada i men vattenlandet tyckte familjen va super. Dock spenderade vi väldigt lite tid där. Maten tyckte vi va bra. God och väldigt varierande. Personalen var supertrevliga. Städningen var inte bra. Såg knappt att dom hade varit på rummet. Vår toalett luktade avlopp och vi sa till många gånger. Outhärdlig doft. Det fixades för stunden. Stranden var fantastisk. Hela familjen älskade Cypern och kommer definitivt återvända men dock ett annat hotell.
