We had a wonderful stay at Alion Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, with beautifully maintained rooms and common areas. The amenities were excellent, and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was readily available. We travelled with our toddler, and the location was perfect. The hotel is situated right on the beach while also being just a short walk from the centre of Ayia Napa, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and attractions without needing to travel far. Overall, Alion Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service and a fantastic location, this is the place to stay. We would definitely return!

Very nice location and hotel is on beach allocated sun lounge food and drinks are expensive did eat dinner once not much for vegetarian food but overall experience is great

Our experience was amazing in this hotel, great food, nice pool and you have a designated sunbed so don't need to worry trying to find one. Very nice staff and great location. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Everything was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful, rooms were clean as well as the outside- such a great vibe! The location was perfect right down the beach! The only downside was there was loud music coming from another hotel down the road until 11pm but was not the Alions fault. Overall this was the best vacation I had in a while and would def come back!!

It‘s a very good hotel with a good price-performance. It has a quiet and relaxing area, a beautiful blue sea in front of the hotel and it‘s near to the restaurants and bars of Ayia Napa. The staff is also very lovely and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Luxury 5 star experience! Was travelling for work and have made it a goal to come back asap so I can fully enjoy the hotel! Brilliant staff who were very helpful! Fantastic food at breakfast and dinner! Try to get a sea view room!

Properly a Cypriot hospitality experience. This hotel is of course a high quality hotel but what separates it is the friendliness and help from the staff. Sea view room was as it was expected to be, beach just in front with beach beds from the hotel. Price for the quality and period we booked (end of August which is high season) was extremely reasonable. I had a bit higher expectations on food which could be ever slightly better given everything else was wonderful it would have made it exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at the 5* Alion Hotel and were impressed by the attention to detail throughout. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very calm and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is excellent – right on a stunning sandy beach with no road in between, yet within easy walking distance to the town center. Public transport is conveniently available right outside the hotel. Rooms are newly renovated, very comfortable, and quiet. We especially appreciated the high-quality beds, choice of pillows, and the ability to fully switch off the air conditioning. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and unobtrusive. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh options, made-to-order dishes, real cappuccino, and fresh orange juice. Sunbeds and towels are provided, and the beach setup is very convenient with strong Wi-Fi coverage. Food and drinks at the hotel are on the expensive side, but there are many great local taverns nearby offering excellent value – which we preferred for dinner. Note: Not ideal for families with children, but perfect for couples seeking peace and relaxation.

Very good breakfast with freshly baked bread and orange juice, pancakes and omelette as choice. You have your own pre-reserved sunbed. Good and helpful staff. The only let down is the gym. The bathroom is not as stylish as the other parts of the room and hotel. But overall very good. Chose seaview as the other side is quite boring.

We enjoyed a fabulous 6 day holiday at the Alion Beach Hotel. From the moment we walked through the lobby, the quality of service was exceptional. It is clear that all the staff really care about the hotel and guests. Our room was perfect - well laid out and a lovely sea view. Breakfast and evening meal (buffet) was very good and there was live entertainment on three nights whilst we were there. The gardens are beautiful and lead down to a fantastic, sandy beach. Simply beautiful. But what really took our experience to another level was the staff and how they looked after us. They all get on with their work quietly and efficiently, but show exceptional levels of customer service. Big thanks to the two Georges, Fotini and Monika who were so helpful and friendly.

All in all it was a lovely hotel. We had a sea view room which was great apart from the bath area of the bathroom. It needs upgrading asap. It wasn’t the whole bathroom just that area. The half board option only includes ONE restaurant (buffet style), the food was really good some nights and a bit of a miss on others - each day was a themed cuisine. Breakfast was really good. Staff couldn’t do enough, sometimes they were a little too efficient, plates cleared before you’ve even swallowed your food. I think it would help having instructions for new arrivals at breakfast as no idea if we should wait to be seated or pick somewhere, stood around just waiting for someone to notice us on the first day. Any issue we had though was dealt with, Despite the minor issues we would def return to this hotel.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The pool area was beautiful, the chaise longues were so comfortable, and everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed, and both the breakfast buffet and dinners were absolutely delicious. Easy check-in and check-out as well — truly a perfect stay!

We stayed for one week in early may and everything was great, from food to personnel to cocktails to the room. Special callout for the lounge/sunbed area which is more or less directly at the beach - absolutely fantastic!
