This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive. Seemed very over priced despite private pool.

I liked the property provided a rental to use around the island.
They also have a shuttle that will transport you to the airport- very convenient on saving time not having to book a ride.
A simple yet efficient place to stay.

Off the beaten path resort. Beach front.
Access only from beach. Luggage carried by porters about 2 min down beach from Dumaluan Beach access point. Free tasty bkfst. Good WiFi.
Poor water pressure in rooms. Relaxing beach front resort but access is an issue
