  • This beautiful stone villa is set up in a rural place above Budva, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Budva Riviera, sky embracing the sea and surrounding mountains create a relaxing setting for your vacation. With a private pool and all the comfort it offers, this is the ideal choice for a family or group of friends who want to unplug from the everyday crowd, yet be close to all main attractions and happenings.
    The Villa consists of 2 floors, each of them having a bedroom, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace. From the parking, the stairs lead you down to the upmost floor of the house. A bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed and single bed, private bathroom with shower can be found there. A big furnished terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent views over Budva Riviera and the surrounding mountains, is an adjoining living room.
    Going down to the next floor, there is a living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed and one room with double bed, bathroom, and another big terrace where you can enjoy the stunning sea view.
    On the ground floor, right next to the seasonal outdoor swimming pool with deck chairs and parasols.
    Guests will have access to the entire villa and private pool with scenic views. Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as cable TV channels. There is a free parking place on spot.

Host lovely, helpful and fixed a couple of minor niggles that we had promptly.The property was clean but a little tired.There are 70 steps from the car park to the pool area.It is arranged over 3 floors. However, the floors do not interconnect internally so not ideal for families with small children.Pool was an oversized plunge pool, well kept and very refreshing in the heat.Fabulous views.

Great Views, 2 separate units on 1 property!

Great property nestled up in the mountains above the city. Really narrow streets which made it difficult for our large group van to get up, but this is typical of the very tight streets throughout Montenegro. The house could improve on better/more household items like cutting boards, knife set, ice maker/ice trays, mixing bowls, microwave, a fan for the bottom room, brighter lightbulbs for the bathroom etc. Things a larger group for a house that sleeps about 10 people would use. Just a couple of minor details really (easily correctable) would improve the place and make it a 5. But overall… the place is great!. Fun swimming pool, great outdoor space with amazing views, plenty of outdoor furniture for a relaxing getaway above Budva.
