The Space:
Nestled in a serene neighborhood of Playa Honda, this exquisite villa is an epitome of luxury and comfort. Elegant yet earthy, every corner of the house radiates a blissful charm. The main floor of Villa La Concha boasts three spacious bedrooms, all air-conditioned, offering a calm retreat, each uniquely decorated to reflect the highlights of Lanzarote. Relax in the paradisiacal suite with direct access to the pool or find comfort in the Volcano suite decked up with volcanic rocks. The Banana suite, overlooking a garden full of banana trees, adds a unique charm to your stay.
The common space includes two complete bathrooms, one equipped with a hydromassage column therefore offering a distinctive showering experience. You'd come to appreciate the fully equipped kitchen as well as the living room fitted with a 55" TV and satellite.
Stepping outside, you'd be greeted by a beautiful heated saltwater pool inviting you to plunge into its soothing waters. Get your dose of Vitamin D lounging in the sunbeds scattered around the pool or the garden. When hunger strikes, head over to our BBQ area, perfect for a memorable alfresco dining experience under the Spanish skies. As the sun sets, unwind in the chic chill-out area. Your moment of Zen may very well be attending to the BBQ amidst rustling banana trees, under the star-lit sky!
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy private use of the entire main floor including the bedrooms, garden, and pool. For commutes within the island, there are two vintage style bicycles free of cost. To ensure seamless entry, this property has self-check-in with a lockbox. There's a designated parking area behind the villa for guests to park their vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
La Urbanización La Concha es una zona tranquila, con una ubicación privilegiada en el borde de una de las playas más salvajes y naturales de la isla, ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones basadas en el deporte, el contacto directo con el mar y la serenidad evocada por el suave rugido de las olas contra la orilla.
La Avenida de Playa Honda recorre un paseo marítimo de 5 km que conecta Arrecife con Puerto del Carmen.
A solo 10 minutos a pie, puedes comprar todo lo que necesitas para una estancia ideal:
· Centro Comercial Deiland (ocio, restaurantes, compras y cajero automático): a 8 minutos.
· Supermercados Chacón y Spar: a 10 minutos.
· Más de 15 restaurantes y bares lounge para disfrutar de la auténtica cocina canaria y probar las “papas arrugás”, vino semiseco y queso con “mojo lanzaroteño”.
Getting Around:
La Urbanización La Concha está ubicada en una zona estratégica y muy bien conectada con el resto de la isla tanto a pie como en coche.
Nuestra recomendación es planificar con antelación tus visitas a los diferentes lugares turísticos y empresas de ocio en la isla, ya que muchas de ellas incluyen un servicio de traslado.
Servicios de transporte cercanos:
· Parada de autobús y taxi a 8 minutos a pie.
· Alquiler de bicicletas a 15 minutos a pie.
· Alquiler de coches a poco más de 20 minutos a pie.
· Paseo marítimo que conecta Arrecife con Puerto del Carmen a una hora caminando.
Recuerda que en Villa La Concha tendrás 2 bicicletas de estilo vintage para tu uso durante tu estancia.

As for the holidays, spending the Assumption of Mary (August 15), Hispanic Day (October 12), and All Saints Day (November 1) in a paradise like Lanzarote would unquestionably be an unforgettable experience. Picture treating yourselves to a BBQ feast by the pool, illuminated by fairy lights while absorbing the mellow sounds of the nearby sea waves.
There's an array of mouth-watering dining options nearby. From savoring the tantalizing dishes at Restaurante Grill Casa Tere, to the gastronomic delights of La Ópera Bistro or a casual meal at Restaurante Emmax, you'll be spoilt for choices.
