It was very clean except for a few things in the kitchen that were a bit over used. Plenty of sheets and towels. Beds were comfortable. Space was very family friendly. We had dogs and long leads or gates would help outside. It is a little dark and the space between the kitchen with the small step and ramp was difficult for elderly folks but they adjusted with a flashlight. We had a pool player and if you are one then the pool cues need new tips. Keeping food cold may require coolers with only one fridge and so many people. Overall great - we had a great time and it was a weekend to remember!!!
