Hotel has great location and friendly helpful staff. Seems to be having a big systems problem after change of ownership - both check-in and check-out had delays with "system problem". Makes the place look bad -- needs attention quickly.

I was expecting more traditional Best western hotel, the lobby seems like a 2-star hotel, the room needs renovation urgent. The only thing I really like was the staff they were very friendly.
