"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"The cottage was comfortable and clean. The weather was cold and wet when we were there and so we were not able to enjoy the garden but the rhododendron blooms were pretty. It was a good place for a base to visit southern Cornwall - Land's End, Lizard Point, Michael's Mount were some of the places we visited."

"The house is really brilliantly located in the village close to the shops and cafes but also an easy walk to the coast and exploration of the historic tin mining area. We and our dogs enjoyed walks not having to go in the car, and the house provided everything we wanted to come back to. Comfy beds, sharp knives in the kitchen - everything very relaxing"

"Our family enjoyed our one week holiday staying at this home! It was great location to all we wanted to see and do in Cornwall, as well as being a clean home with great features. We made use of the kitchen every morning and evening, cooking our own meals (and a table that fits 6!). Everything we needed for cooking was provided. Traveling with small children, we also made use of the washer and clothes rack. We also liked there was two living/family spaces including the conservator, which is great...

"Lovely cosy little place with a lovely feel and had everything we needed. Bed and sofa were very comfy, bunk beds were a bit tight for an adult and the only bathroom is off of the main bedroom so more suited to a family than three adults. Very easy to find and parking was fine even in our truck (reverse in). It was a good base but walking from there was a bit limited due to having to cross A roads. "

"We had a wonderful stay! A slice of Paradise. Such an idyllic setting with inspiring views from this lovely beach house where we enjoyed a glass of wine on our terrace, watching the kite surfers and little fishing boats go by. The garden was so enchanting, it was a joy admire all the pretty flowers on our way as we meandered down to the beach below. It's rare to find a place which resonates a certain nostalgia, those perfect days spent by the sea. We can see why the artist John Millar was...

"Just amazing. Property is beautiful and very central to everywhere we wanted to visit. So quiet! Hosts are extremely friendly and lovely people. Our doggie loved their two dogs. I honestly couldn’t fault the properly. It is simply stunning, totally relaxing and perfectly positioned. Thank you David and Coralie for a wonderful stay.
