"The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as well as a nice park with walking paths and a nice pond. Other cities need to follow Huntsvilles lead with free public parking on the weekend. "

"Our stay at the Public Inn property was terrific. The location is truly unbeatable!Ashley and her husband were beyond kind when the refrigerator had an issue. We were never inconvenienced and they made sure that everything was taken care of. The home was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is beautiful. We walked everywhere."

"We had a wonderful stay! There was a hiccup with the hot water, Nicole immediately fixed the issue. Close to downtown, comfortable beds, clean unit. Great unit for a Girls trip. There is a sitting area outside of the unit for some fresh air. There is no dedicated parking area for the unit. However, there is metered parking on the street, or a parking garage across the street. Would stay again."
