「Lovely comfortable and cosy cottage should mention the railway and level crossing close to cottage but don’t let it put you off it didn’t cause any problem. It did say there would be a welcome pack but there was none, however we were told to help ourselves to fruit and tomatoes growing in the garden」

「Beautiful Annexe cottage. The owner lives next door and is very helpful. Well-equipped and clean. Small kitchen but adequate. Other rooms are large and spacious. Would happily return.」

「Fantastic property in a beautiful, quiet location. Facilities excellent with everything supplied being of a very high standard. Hosts lovely, easy going and extremely welcoming and helpful :) 10/10」

「Property was a very interesting cottage and full of character and old charm. There were lots of books and games for evening or bad days. Louise was a perfect host and made us very welcome and we will definitely return.」

「We were late booking accommodation for Goodwood so didn’t have many options without needing to remortgage the house. We choose Marine Court for price and location. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as it’s actually a firefighters charity who rent their rooms out of a weekend, and is used for firefighters rehab during the week. The room we had was big, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and reception was manned 24/7. There is no bar at the weekend...

「Lovely place to stay nice and quiet Lovely views clean and tidy will Definitely recommend to family and friends」

「Comfortable dwelling in a beautiful quiet location. Short walk to the roman villa and or the south downs way.」

「Good things: the apartment is right opposite the seafront, central to everything and has fab views. Beds are comfy. Showers powerful. Niggles that could be sorted to make this a good stay experience: the balcony areas are all quite tatty looking and there were no seat cushions, even though it said there were in the pack. The inside sofas are very small for the size of the room and have seen better days, various marks and scratches on them, furniture generally quite shabby. Kettle desperately in...

「A very nice place.a warning no kitchen of sorts.sink in a small cupboard and fridge etc in another.caution when exiting the drive.alot of traffic using the road.so be aware.the bedroom is gorgeous and overlooks the forest.owners very friendly and hospitable.」

「If you book this we will be jealous as we have had a fabulous time here, 8 minutes walk to beach 15 minutes to station/town, very quiet location wonderful neighbours, lovely sunny garden, heating worked lovely, obviously some minor maintenance needed but nothing to worry about or get in the way of your stay. Highly recommended Cheers Trevor and Paula」
