Comfortable Family Home in Amish Country!, Farm View Country Estates!

Relax with the whole family at Farm View Country Estates. With the open floor plan on the first floor and a large family room downstairs, there is plenty of area for family fun. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a beautiful yard. We are within 15 minutes of Sight and Sound Theatre, Bird in Hand Farmers Market, Dutch Wonderland, Tanger Outlets and lots of Amish owned stores. Our house manual on the kitchen table has lists of all these attractions.
At Farm View we can sleep up to 10 guests max. Please be sure to list all people on the reservation for safety purposes and compliance. There are two queen beds, two single beds, a pull out twin, trundle queen and trundle twin.
Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the horse and buggies as they pass by. Take a short drive down the lane and see the local camel farm, visit local road side stands or just admire the country side. So much to see in this beautiful Amish Country setting. This is a quiet neighborhood and does have lots of families living in it. Perfect for kids. Many guests enjoy walking the neighborhood and meeting the friendly neighbors. Easiest way to get around is via vehicle but plenty of areas to ride a bike as well.
Guests will have full access to the main living quarters of the house, outside patio and backyard for their enjoyment. Very spacious interior for families of all sizes. We now have a mini pool table for family fun in the basement living area. There are two scooters on the side of the home/garage that our guests are encouraged to scoot around the neighborhood as well. So much fun!
We happily allow our guests to enjoy the peacefulness of the area, but always available should they have any questions. 24 - 48 hours prior to arrival we ensure our guests have all of our contact information should they need to call or text.
Farm View is located in a peaceful and quiet country side neighborhood. Perfect for taking evening walks or just relaxing on the back patio. Very friendly neighbors live up and down the street, so don't be afraid to give a hello or wave as you venture out into the area. There is an adorable little farm directly across the street and is perfect to watch as the sun comes up in the morning.
*there is an apartment at the rear of the property which is why the patio is a shared common space however the tenants in the rear do not use it as they have their own screened in porch*

Best way to see the area is via car. However, a beautiful bike ride a few minutes down the street and you will encounter large farms and open areas. There is even a camel farm within 5 minutes of driving.
