About this property

2UNITModernFarmhouse Sleeps13

  • This is an old farmhouse converted to a two unit multi-family property. The entire house will sleep 14 adults max and a toddler - no more than 15. House / each unit has Central Air / Air Conditioning - AC and is completely renovated / restored w/ all the amenities to make your stay fun and easy!

    Lower Unit will sleep 7.5 comfortably 8.5 w/ living room couch, and Upper Unit will sleep 5 comfortably - 6 max. The first floor unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath w/tub&shower, half bath in basement. Door in kitchen leads to deck / large yard area with grill and seating for 7 on patio with table w/umbrella, another door leads to basement which has large washer and gas dryer and half bath.

    2nd floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with luxury shower and own laundry room. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably. Bedroom 1 has Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds, and Living Room sofa folds into full sized sleeper sofa bed.
