Due to the cottage property being high occupancy At No time is any non-listed/non-registered/non-paid people allowed to visit or set foot on the property, in the cottage, in the pool area, fire pit area etc. As required by the fire inspector, town by-law’s & our insurance policy all unregistered trespassing people will be removed from the property and the rental cancelled with no refunds.
