Lamao Caves

All areas are excellent. Staff customer service accommodation is welcomed, cleanliness of the room and environment is excellent.

Rooms is clean, breakfast not great and was cold I dislike cold eggs and other things that should be at least warm and I was the first one at the buffet. The support staff is excellent but the desk staff needs improvement. I waited 20 mins for a greeting when I arrived and then kept acting confused, with 4 people standing over each other and talking. Rooms are ok wasn’t aware of the steps to the one bedroom villa. And it’s connecting swinging doors to other villas and you can see through the connecting doors and walls are very thin.. can hear the next door villa doing there thing, talking and moving around. Over all it’s ok but there is way better for the money…
