Hotel Motto is a wonderful hotel with a professional, friendly staff. The rooms are comfortble, quiet, and nicely decorated. It's located right next to a UBahn station, which was convenient for getting around the city. The staff at the rooftop bar and Chez Bernard were great too.

Outstanding hospitality, steam room and sauna were excellent. Breakfast very good as well. Highly recommend.

The service was immaculate, they really go out of their way, we came from the Four Seasons in Budapest and must say that the Ritz in Vienna was superior because of the service

The hotel was great, location and everything about it was fantastic. The rooms were large and stylish with an old charm, with high ceilings and very well appointed decor. The beds (two twins connected to each other) had problem though, the side that my wife slept on was worn out completely and she fell into the mattress. She didn't say anything to me until I lied down on her side and realized myself how bad it was compared to mine. But by then it was the last night and we just told the hotel about it the next day on our way out. Not sure if they are going to do something about it or not. Other than a bad mattress (which is really the main part of a hotel room, yes?) the experience with the hotel was great and breakfast was fantastic too.
