Location convenience and excellent condition

The room was very clean, the wifi was very fast to my needs and the staff were very friendly. I would for sure comeback again

Firstly bare in mind that this hotel is fairly new , just under 1 years old so you may have a few issues but nothing big, without a doubt 1 of the best experience in my life , the staff speak fluent English and are extremely helpful, first time in Albania and I promised to go back same hotel whenever I go back to Albania, the hotel was super clean and while we were there was other family’s aswell and the staff treated everyone with love and respect, unbelievable, we got everything we possibly could , they made sure we are safe by constantly walking around the hotel day and night as the hotel operates 24 hours , staff are always on hand , restaurants in the hotel is still under construction as its new hotel but I know I would have loved it . I not only highly recommend this hotel but I also advise to book it asap . Specially if you family of 4 like me . It’s family friendly and extremely safe . Only 9 minutes walk to skandabergh square which is the centre so technically it’s in the middle of centre . Tipping is not their culture but please don’t be silly and cheap and make sure to look after the staff specially room service people and they appreciate any amount . Again I can’t thank them enough and I want to show my gratitude by reviewing this hotel. Hidden gem of Albania . Outside the hotel there are everything you need and it’s cheap , from phone shops to barbers to restaurants to clothes shop to cafes to even electronics shops , perfect location, HIDDEN ALBANIAN GEM.

Many odd things made this a strange experience. There are no drawers to put clothes in; there are no shelves in the shower, so you have to put the bottles of shampoo and body wash provided on the floor while you are in there; the mini fridge door can’t be opened unless you lift up the rug that blocks it; there is a small mysterious dial outside the bathroom with no indication of what it is supposed to do; there’s also an old-fashioned shoe polishing machine for some reason right near the reception desk in the very small lobby. Twice I filled out in advance the requested breakfast form, but both mornings the staff in the dining room were surprised to hear about that. The most worrisome thing was that my room key not only had the name of the hotel, but my room number as well, so that if I had dropped it out in the street anyone picking it up could easily get into my room. Service and attention to practical design details would make this a much better place.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are very nice. Do not expect amenities that might be offered at other places. Toiletries offered are bars of soap and a dispenser in the shower that I'm not sure was shampoo or body wash. I made it work as shampoo. Someone is not always available at the front desk, nor the bar area; the same person is monitoring both. The breakfast is unbelievably generous. All in all, it is a budget hotel with very kind staff. It is very clean and within walking distance to many sights (20min+ walking time).
