レイクビューエステーツ ホテル

「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy」

「Upon entry to the lobby, the facility smelled so wonderful. I remarked on it to the person checking me in and she wrote down the names of their air fragrances. The room was perfect, the staff were helpful. We received free drinks at the bar. We will be booking again. Wonderful experience from beginning to end.」

「Very happy with our stay. Very satisfied with our room and its bathroom layout. Not much variety in the breakfast menu.」

「Mostly good experience. Matresses need replaced. Carpets need cleaned. The rest was all good.」

「We had an overall wonderful experience.」

「Everything was fantastic!!! This is the 2nd time we stayed at this beautiful hotel and we will only be staying here feom now on!!! First time was just a random vacation this time was our Anniversary!! We love this place so much and it is so close to anything you want to do」

「Room was spacious and was very nice. Was a comfortable stay. Bed is probably more comfortable than our bed at home. Will stay again!」

「They didn’t have a microwave to warm up breakfast when needed, but I mentioned it and they said they were adding one.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean facilities inside and out. Right up the hill from the outlets and plenty of things to do and see on the strip! Nancy was the sweetest and kindest lady who is the breakfast attendant. And everything was great! And the cookies for dessert at night were soft and fresh!!」

「Only one elevator on one end or you have to take the stairs. Just found it hard to carry everything up to the room and getting back out to our vehicle. Elevator was always packed since it’s the only one.」

「Aging hotel. Room was clean though and staff was lovely. Breakfast was actually very good. The exterior doors don't require a room key so that's a bit sketchy.」
