Quaint stay!

The room was very clean and was a good size with fridge, microwave, king sized bed, dresser, night stands with drawers, and a desk in front of the window overlooking the pool area. The walk in shower is easy for seniors. Included outside the door on your patio, was a table and chairs in the shade, great for having a snack and beverage. This would be convenient for walking to downtown which has over a dozen restaurants, bars, and great shopping. Off-street parking was free.

Well worth it

This was a pleasant stay at a nice motel. It was one of the cheapest options, yet it did its job perfectly. They have a nice pool and grill area that unfortunately we did not use, but it looked nice. My only complaints are that the beds are a bit too soft, and the shower is not very impressive. Small and the water pressure if very low. But if you're staying here simply to sleep here then have your day in Florida, this will be the perfect spot for you.

I wanted to give this place five stars. A couple of things holding that back. 1. No coffee machines in the rooms. Gotta have coffee! 2. No wifi. (I was in Room 18). But saying that, this is an older motel. Really vintage South Florida. The usual assortment of characters you would find at a place like that. But everyone was respectful of each other. The location was amazing. Just two blocks from downtown Lake Worth. Close to great food and the beach. So still would recommend this place.

an 'ok' motel for the price.

The stay was ok. Place is not the cleanest, but lady at the service desk was very nice. Didn't have any issues, nor created any for the management. One good thing was that the floor was tile and not the carpet ( which for old places or low budge motels can be a home for bugs and cigarette odor). A/C was the window unit, good for keeping the place at good temperature, but on the noisy side.

My stay was great. No issues, and it was quiet. The room was bigger than expected which is awesome. And the bathroom was very spacious. Could have used a little update inside but nothing major. The room was clean but it wasn't spotless. Found some hairs hanging around. The shower pressure was low but efficient. The front desk was friendly and very helpful.

The beds were not clean and barely made. Tile broken on floor, Air conditioner didn't work well. Bathroom was NOT clean and window was sealed with Duct Tape. Door lock had been broken into so it was veryu difficult to work. The staff was very nice. Very loud, many arguments around property through the night. I'm putting this as gently as I can. If it wasn't a late check in I would have driven anywhere to of found alternative solution.

The outside property and grounds were relatively clean and kept up; however, the pool did not seem inviting and useable due to the brackish green color (although there were no signs restricting its use). I did not see anyone using the pool during my stay. The area around the motel seemed quiet and I did not sense it was unsafe in any way. The staff in attendance seemed friendly and helpful and many of them were in residence at the motel. My room was not what I would consider appropriately clean (signs it was not recently vacuumed, swept or mopped). For instance, dust and dirt was on the floor, a dirty washcloth from a previous guess was behind the bathroom door and all this was overlooked by the cleaner. I saw many small insects crawling at night. I was given a "handicap room," which I did not request. Since I have a problem with depth perception, the concrete handicap ramp at the entrance of my room was actually a tripping hazard for me. Overall, what I paid should have provided me a much better room.

My check in Monday evening was quick with no issues encountered. I was given room #7. The room was spacious with a king size bed, TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. Other reviews for this property mention that the motel shows its age. I would agree with that assessment. This visit to Palm Beach county was for work, so I only spent time at the property to sleep. I did not use the internet or the pool. I slept well in the king size bed in my room. The room is dated and has visible damage on the ceiling. The only serious issue that I encountered was the morning night of check-out, Friday 02/21/2025. While gathering my belongings, I pulled the bed sheet and bed covering back to discover a live bed bug. I captured the bug and sealed it in an empty water bottle. At 6:30 AM, There was no one available at reception to discuss this with. I checked reception again at 7:45 AM and still no one was there. I left my room key along with the bug in a bottle in the key drop box near the door of reception. Later at work, I called the motel and spoke with Juliie. I conveyed that I had checked out, mentioned what I encountered and that I had left the room key and the critter in the key drop box. I did not request a refund. I was not injured. I will not stay there again. My concern is that this is handled appropriately.

Great value, great rooms and great staff. Mike and Shawn at the front desk will welcome you and help you with any need. They are the greatest and run the hotel with courtesy and professionalism. You won’t be sorry after you stay here. Housekeeping comes everyday for whatever need you have, clean towels, clean sheets, or empty your garbage. The kind of hospitality you expect from a good rum motel. You won’t regret your stay.

Room was not the cleanest. Found a few dead bugs. Water in shower, after figuring out how to adjust, was easily affected by other water use in the motel. Parking lot seemed very limited. We were out in the evening and coming back after 9, I was concerned if we'd get a spot. Thankfully we did.

Staff so wonderful with us being deaf, be able to communicate by writing, got us in handicapped room with flashing fire alarm ready for us. The air conditioner not working properly. Lots of condescended water on floor; slippery floor. The microwave door locked, couldn't use unless unplug and back on. The bathroom shower stall doesn't have drape, and all out of toilet papers.
