There's lots of shade to keep you somewhat cool during those hot Texan summer months if you visit during that time frame. A bit dated and photos were definitely different than the real thing but decent enough for a night’s rest. Price was right! No frills but convenient to highway and fast food and gas. Also was clean, had coffee, TV worked, and microwave and fridge in room

The lady checking us in was so friendly. I called early in the morning to ask if we could check in early & they got us in. Would suggest better bath towels

The owners and employees are always so pleasant they're kind and patient. If any issues may occur with the room I am staying in, it is fixed in no time for me to enjoy my stay. Housekeeping is always kind, they go above and beyond to serve their guest.

There were roaches right as we opened the door. More as we turned the light on in the bathroom. Went to the frint desk and they refunded our room and we went to another hotel. Service was great, condition not so much.

Small but clean room, cable remote was very tricky. Hot water & towels were good. No amenities - no shampoo, conditioner, breakfast, & no good place to take my dog out. The grounds became overrun with sprickets at nightfall (spider crickets), and I did find 1 cockroach in my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they did serve good coffee in the morning. Bed was ok, pillows not so much
