"The resort is wonderful, very beautiful property with helpful staff. However, upon check-in we were offered to join a new Club at the hotel. It was $75/day per person and we were advertised that food and drinks would be plentiful and all-you-can eat. However, upon entering the Club we had the impression that it was just a shared workspace. Not very premium feeling, it just felt like a workspace with some tables. You could drink wine or beer at certain hours, no liquor, and there were hors d'oeuvres only -- the hors d'oeuvres were not a great quality, especially when compared with the other food on the premises. We don't feel like the value was anywhere near worth what we paid, and it really left a bad taste in our mouths. I feel like the whole thing was oversold, to the point of it being misrepresentation. I caution anyone interested to pass on this "new amenity.""

"White Elephant is an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. You can tell they haven’t cut corners on a thing. The staff were so kind and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The morning bites and afternoon wine and cheese were such nice touches. We never had trouble borrowing one of the BMWs, and the hotel also offered us rides anywhere within two miles. We spent a day at the Cove which is one of their partnerships. Truly beautiful and a great way to spend the day. The women at the front desk were especially sweet, you could tell they love what they do. They even sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room for my birthday! We loved our stay and are definitely coming back."

"This property was clean and the onsite managers were very responsive. The issues we came across were that the bathrooms were very small, the drainage in all the upstairs bathrooms (sinks and showers) was terrible and the outdoor trash/recycljng was full when we got there with no pickup during our stay. Comfortable beds and large rooms were a plus. Lots of seating for a big group and the extra refrigerator in the pool house was helpful. Overall I would stay here again - thank you!"
