"The food is amazing. The entire staff is extremely professional, especially everyone in the restaurant. The hotel has a very unique design. The hallways and various sitting areas throughout the hotel look very homely (in a good way). From the pool area, to the huge bar lounge, etc, there are many soft chairs and couches to relax. The 1st room we stayer in very outdated and needs renovations. However, the next day we were put in a different room and it was much nicer. The beds are large and comfortable. The TVs do not have Apps on them, so no Netflix, etc and not able to screen share from your phone. So, when making a booking here, I would suggest that you call and specifically request for the most updated room, with a closed or partially closed shower. Unless you dont mind the bath tub that you can also stand in to shower, but no door. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend it to others."

"Room is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Though the description says the room I booked had a view of the lake. There is no lake in the vicinity, there’s a building. The restaurant however was my issue, I was billed differently despite the menu showing a different price then was forced to pay because only the director could fix the issue. Not happy"

"This was the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL/RESORT EVER!!!! Bait and switch!!! The property is completely run down, the room was awful, they had a 24 inch computer monitor as a tv (that didn’t work)!!! The net for the mosquitos was dirty. Let’s get to the bathroom, the tiles were worn, cracked!!! The water was cold( was told the hot water WAS on, but was not!!!) The water fixtures came apart!!! The towel were still looking dirty!!! Then there was a huge trail of ants (small ants) by the door leading to the balcony. Now let’s talk about the bedding, we had to definitely check to make sure that there were NO BED BUGS IN THE BED. The sheets looked worn like they have been used for years!! The duvet covers were worn as well. We got to the hotel late that night (about 9 pm) so it was too late to really bail out the same night!!! I started IMMEDIATELY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER HOTEL (Fsirways). The hotel staff has refused to refund me for the remaining 2 nights (I initially booked for 3) so at this point I WILL CONTACT MASTERCARD AND HAVE THEM REFUSE ALL NIGHTS!!!! You played with the WRONG person!!! I don’t tolerate poor quality or poor customer service AT ALL IN CLOSING, don’t EVER, EVER EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE!!!! "
