"The good: Room was clean; loved the shower; great shampoo & conditioner The not so good: There was no butter for the toast, English Muffins, etc.; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the room; the check-in clerk was not very friendly. I didn't like the way the side snack room was set up. Not the fault of the hotel, but the Bayfront Parkway is under construction and I had a terrible time following the detour back to the hotel in the dark."

"Felt like I stepped into a time capsule. Hot tub had dead bugs. My screen door didn’t lock in my presidential suite. Pretty dusty room. But besides that staff was wonderful. "
