The condo was immaculately clean! It had everything that anyone could ask for in a home away from home! We enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi upstairs in the bedroom, sitting on the nice patio watching the boats go out on the water, & burning the beautiful fireplace (need to supply your own wood). The mattress in the master was not very comfortable but the queen mattress in 2nd bedroom downstairs was ok & the 2 twin beds upstairs were fine. The sofa & chairs in the living room weren't very comfortable either, but there were plenty of pillows to use for padding in them. We brought our own small travel Keurig & coffee pods with us. We had trouble trying to get the key box open on the front door which held the front door keys, because the numbers on the lock are very very small & don't show up after dark even with our flashlight. We didn't arrive there until 10pm since we had a 4 hour flight from Dallas to Montréal & then had a 3 hour drive from the airport to Lake Placid. Overall, we were very happy with the place. One more thing that wasn't mentioned anyplace in any of the house instructions is that if you want any hot water for the jacuzzi, there is a switch inside a locked storage closet outside the front door which can be unlocked with the front door key, that has a switch on the wall next to the breaker box that must be flipped on to heat up the water.
