Lakeside Paradise Escape: Large Lakefront home W/ Dock, Boatlift & Jet Ski Float

This Stunning home is just what you are looking for if you want to Relax in Warm Weather and enjoy absolutely amazing Sunrises & Sunsets!

Gorgeous 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath, Lake Front Private Home with an Enormous Two Level Dock. Bring your boat and keep it securely on our Boat Lift (prior approval required) or bring your Jet Skis and keep them our our floating Jet Ski Dock. There is a Public Park and Boat Ramp is just a mile away! Or rent boats and jet skis right on the Lake!

Enjoy all that lake life has to offer such as Boating, Fishing, Jet Skiing, Water Skiing, Wake Boarding, Wake Surfing, Tubing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Swimming and so much more. Relax on the Covered Dock complete with Bar Refrigerator, Large Table, Chairs, Hanging Chairs, and a Rope Swing on the second level!

If speed is what you need, Sebring International Speedway is only minuets away. Visit the quaint shops and restaurants in town town Lake Placid, or golf at a nearby golf coarse.

TV's in every bedroom with free high speed internet. Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer, attached garage with a Ping Pong table, Corn Hole, Kayak, Paddle board, Bikes, Grill and more. Pets are welcome! This is the perfect quaint get-away Lakeside Paradise!

KITCHEN:

Enjoy a large, open-concept kitchen stocked with all the essentials-including cookware, utensils, dishes, and appliances for all of your culinary needs. This kitchen features a large center island that seats 6 people, with a spacious dinning room table that will accommodate 9 people - Perfect for preparing family meals or hosting a dinner night in! Our Weber grill is ideal for awesome BBQ's.

BEDROOM SETUP:

1ST BEDROOM -1 KING BED: Unwind in the Master Bedroom with a Plush King Bed, with Beautiful French Doors that Open to Tranquil Lake Views, with a large dresser with ample storage, and TV. The attached En-suite Bathroom completes this restful Lakeside Space.

2ND BEDROOM - 2 QUEEN BEDS: This generously sized Bedroom includes Two Comfortable Queen Beds, a TV for entertainment, and a dresser and a Walk-In Closet to keep your belongings organized during your stay.

3RD BEDROOM - 1 QUEEN BED: This inviting Bedroom includes a Plush Queen Bed, Spacious Closet, Full Dresser, and a TV - Perfect for a Restful Stay.

4TH BEDROOM - 2 QUEEN BEDS: Wake up to breathtaking Lake Views in this large Bedroom featuring Two Queen Beds, a TV for entertainment, a closet and two ottomans - a peaceful retreat with room for everyone!

BATHROOMS: We provide thoughtful touches in every bathroom, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer - so you can pack a little lighter!

1ST BATHROOM - Private En-Suite Bathroom featuring a Walk-In Shower and Double Sinks - perfect for added Comfort and Convenience.

2ND BATHROOM: Well-appointed shared Bathroom with a Combination Tub and Shower, Double Vanities, and ample Cabinet Space - ideal for accommodating multiple guests comfortably. This Bathroom conveniently located between Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3.

3RD BATHROOM: Full Bathroom with a Large Walk-In Shower, conveniently located off of the kitchen.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Enjoy the Convenience of a Full Sized Washer & Dryer located off of the kitchen - Great for quick loads after a day in the sun & fun!

DOCK;

Enjoy our expansive two-level Dock - Perfect for both Relaxation and Adventure! The lower level features a built-in sink, small refrigerator, storage cabinets, and a covered lounge area for shaded comfort. Step out into the sun or head up to the second level, where a fun Rope Swing adds a splash of Excitement. The Dock also includes a Boat Lift (prior approval required) and floating Jet Ski Dock, making it easy to enjoy everything that Lake Life has to offer!

GARAGE:

Our garage is packed with fun! Enjoy a Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole, Yard Games, Bikes, a Kayak, Paddle Board, and plenty of Floats - Everything you need for endless Outdoor Adventure and Entertainment.

SURROUNDING AREA:

The exciting SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY is a short 20 minute drive.

There are local golf courses within the area, two Wineries, Highlands Hammock State Park, Solomon's Castle, Florida theme parks (Disney, Universal Studios and LegoLand), Gulf of America Beaches (Florida West Coast) are all within 90 minutes or less driving. Or take a day trip to Florida's East Coast Beaches and The Kennedy Space Center.

PARKING:

Our Elongated driveway has plenty of room for several cars. Additional parking is allowed on the empty lot across the street.


COME ENJOY THIS FABULOUS PLACE!!!

We accept pets, "dogs only", up to 2 maximum, any size, but well behaved: we only charge for a cleaning fee $100 per pet, per stay. Guests need to disclose the number of pets.

*** Maximum house occupants is 12. There is a $75.00 per person charge for over 10 guests. Over 12 guests and you will be asked to leave. RV's are not permitted. Please use grill outside of garage only and do not transport to a different location on the property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

The trash is picked up once a week from the road on Tuesdays if you could please take out the kitchen trash and put it in the can and take it to the road. It doesn't matter what color the trashcan is.
Please put all used towels on the floor in the laundry room.
Please turn the AC to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
