"The staff was AMAZING, location was central and walkable to everything. The pricing was competitive to surrounding hotels. However, the cleanliness and f the hotel was substandard. This hotel needed a good deep clean was down and some major refresh! "

"This was an annual ladies trip. It was very spacious and comfortable for 13 of us. It had all the amenities we could have wanted and nicely appointed. We didn't even need our kitchen supplies we brought. The water, small beach and kayaks were clean and fun. Screen room for dinner and games was a bonus!"

"We are greeted with the easy check in; we were surprised with a beautiful view. Our room was on the lake, walking out our door to a dock, peaceful even though it’s off the main road. Our room was very clean and comfortable included a stove, refrigerator, a complete kitchen, with a microwave, a coffee maker. The room also had a very nice bathroom with a big tub and shower. We really liked it and would recommend it to anybody and will stay there on our next visit. Slept well!"

"This house was perfect in every way! The location was convenient to restaurants, the lovely downtown area of Lake Placid, and the Seabring Racetrack. We enjoyed having dinner on the patio in the evenings. The little family of rabbits entertained us every evening. The kitchen was well appointed. It had everything we needed. The house was beyond beautiful and clean. The furniture was extremely comfortable. The owners were welcoming and incredibly supportive when I contacted him about a tiny issue. You cannot go wrong with this house and owner. We WILL be back!"

"The check in was fine once we got the instructions. As advertised the accommodations or cozy and clean. Updated refrigerator and stove or nice. Beds were comfortable and well appointed the bathroom was OK but rather small due to road construction on US 27. It was a challenge to find Josephine Street in the dark II would stay again for an event at Sebring international raceway"

"Breakfast was only served until 9:00 am. Our room still had soap from the last guest and there was hair in the shower. No coffee in the room, only tea. Overcharged because of the race was in Sebring. The room was not worth the overcharge when up the road where we stayed before for $180.00 less at a very nice motel with chairs outside and a view of the lake."

"Best lake house ever!! So many things to do from feeding animals, swimming in pool, hanging out on the dock, paddle boating, or kayaking. We had the best family vacation ever and we will be returning!! We had all ages and there was plenty to keep busy for everyone! The game room was definitely a hit!"
