"Bed sheets stained. Roll of tp had 3 squares on it. Remote didn’t work. Floors felt sticky. Only plus side is the 24 subway next door."

"Staff was friendly, room was clean and loved the multiple elevators. My frustration came when i went to order room service and the menu was advertised as a QR code on the hotel's tv station. The rep taking my order said the menu i was using was the old one, but then did not explain how to obtain the new one...almost seemed as if they did not want me to order. I ended up having to change rooms and that rep was awesome! I moved because of being next to the pool area and it was a bit noisy. "

"We stayed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Pool was busy Saturday rest of days were great! We moved rooms as we had cold shower Saturday night and Sunday morning, but after moving we only had Luke warm water. Very disappointing for the amount of money each night cost. "

"Overall I was very impressed with this Hotel property. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel has a nice pool area, our hotel room was exceptionally clean, had both a refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of outlets to plug in your electronics. Great location with many restaurants, a shopping mall etc. within close proximity. Definitely would stay here again."
