Bed was great- 5 stars. Facility seemed old and wore out. No closet! Being on ground level, I expect curtains that close and block all view. Sheers in the middle are ok. No expectation of privacy with those blinds.
Airport shuttle…..driver was inexperienced with assistance for elder. One gentleman tried several times to step up to get in. While attempting to step out, I fell to the sidewalk and played there…driver was no were to help or even question if I was ok…not impressed….thanks for asking

Room was OK. Staff was not friendly and not available at desk when I had questions. Gal that checked me in was on a private call on her cell phone when I was checking in.

Room was very small, a bit worn out, and on a flight path for the airport, fortunately it was a one night stay before a flight so it was ok for that purpose.
